2. Return Eligibility


To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Returned within 14 calendar days of delivery.
     
  • Item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
     
  • Must be in the original packaging with all tags, manuals, accessories, or documentation.
     
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
     

3. Non-Returnable Items


Certain types of items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as non-returnable on the product page.
     
  • Products damaged by improper use, mishandling, or negligence.

4. Return Process


  1. Initiate Request:

    Our team will review your request and, if eligible, provide return instructions and an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
     
  3. Ship Item:
    Securely pack the item and send it to the address provided in the return instructions. Include your RMA number inside the package.
     

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was incorrect or defective.
 

5. Damaged or Defective Items


If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
     
  • Include clear photos of the item and packaging.
     
  • We will offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund, including return shipping, depending on the situation.
     

6. Refunds


Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
     
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
     
  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is issued.
     

7. Late or Missing Refunds


If you haven’t received a refund:

8. Exchanges


We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your original item and place a new order.
